How to make our digestion healthy
The digestive system is a very important part of our body. Many diseases in the body are also caused by disturbances in the digestive system. Our health depends to a great extent on the digestive system. When we eat food, the vitamin mineral fiber and other nutrients from the food absorbs in our body, which keeps our body healthy and makes us healthy and strong. 5. Eat fiber rich diet
Fiber is also very important for the digestive system to run smoothly. To strengthen the digestive system, you should include fiber-rich foods in your diet. For this, you should start eating more whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables with fiber. Eating high fiber diet keeps your digestive system right and also does not bother you with constipation problem, so if you want a good digestive system then take fiber diet.
