Back pain? Try these home remedies

 


Nowadays backache has become a common problem, almost every third person is facing back pain problem, whether it is a woman or a man, is experiencing backache.  If carelessness is taken in this, sometimes it causes big trouble.  According to the doctors, the main reason for this is nutritional deficiency, apart from this, due to injury in the waist or due to age or due to sudden heavy lifting, there can be back pain.  Now-a-days we spend much of our time on the computer, sitting in the same position for long periods of time also complains of backache. Sometimes this backache becomes so much that the pain to get relief  People also have to take painkiller medicine.  Below we will know about some home remedies, we can get relief from backache.

 1 - Celery


 Roast the celery lightly on the pan and chew it, it will ease your back pain.

 2 - Sesame oil

 Sesame oil is also very beneficial for back pain, for this you massage the waist with sesame oil, you will get relief in back pain.

 3 - Ginger

 Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, cut ginger and put it in some water, then heat it, then cool it, then add honey to that water, it will give relief not only to the waist but also to the other pain.

 4 - Fenugreek oil


 Take mustard oil in a vessel and roast fenugreek in it till fenugreek leaves its effect in the oil, after that filter the fenugreek and separate the oil and put it in a vial and massage with it.  It will provide relief in back pain.

 5 - Eat healthy foods



 Lack of nutrition in the body can also be the cause of back pain, so use nutritious foods in your diet, eat a balanced diet.  Use more calcium-rich foods.

 Apart from this, by taking some precautions, we can prevent back pain, some of which are as follows.

 Avoid suddenly lifting any heavy baggage

 Do not sit in the same position for a long time at this place.

 Sandals with very high heels may cause waist pain even earlier.
