Strengthen your immune system this monsoon


 monsoon has arrived, the rain is also getting better, that is, we have entered a season in which the problem of coughing cold increases because it increases the risk of infection and there is also an outbreak of corona.  That is, now we have to be more careful than before because the symptoms of corona are also similar to the common cold.  The question is, what should we do, how can we face it, then the answer is to strengthen your immune system.  Because when our immune system is strong then our body will be able to fight against bacteria and viruses easily.  Meaning that we can avoid the common cold  by strengthening our immune system.  So let's know about some home remedies that can strengthen our immune system -

1 - have a good sleep.

 Getting deep sleep makes our immune system strong.  When we sleep soundly and deeply, our body cells get repaired and our immune system is strengthened.  You must have noticed that when we fall ill, I feel like resting more.  Therefore, we should get a good 7 to 8 hours of sleep daily.  If you do not sleep quickly, make a distance from mobile or computer about 1 hour before bed.  Because the light emanating from their screen affects our sleep.


2 - Use more vitamin C fruits and vegetables.

 Include green vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts, pulses, etc. in your diet.  Rich in nutrients and anti-oxidants, these diets provide nutrition as well as they eliminate free radicals.  These foods contain fiber which increases the beneficial bacteria in the stomach which makes the digestive system good.  Eating fruits rich in vitamin C provides quick relief from colds and helps our body to avoid infection.
 

3 - Prefer honey over sugar.

 It has been found in the study that the intake of sugar has a negative effect on the immune system. Consumption of sugar weakens the immune system.  Therefore, minimize the intake of sugar and use honey instead.  Honey strengthens the immune system.  Friends honey is a natural antibiotic.  Honey is not just a food but also a medicine.


4 -  Do regular exercise.

 There are many benefits of exercising; our immune system is also good by exercising regularly.  Our body gets strengthened by exercising, our body remains agile.  Exercise enhances our immunity.
